18mm board Zinc alloy eccentric wheel with nickel finish cam
Production process of eccentric wheel: Zinc alloy eccentric wheel is formed by die casting of zinc alloy after being melted at a high temperature of around 400°C, and then separated from the threshing machine, packaged and stored in the electroplating factory after electroplating.
The iron eccentric wheel is made of coiled wire through cold heading, stamping, polishing and grinding. After being packaged and electroplated in the electroplating factory, it is packaged and put into storage.
The specifications and models of the eccentric wheel are: height + weight, such as 1227.12, the thickness of the applicable board is 12mm, the distance from the surface to the center of the opening is 6MM, and the single weight of the wheel is 2.7 grams.
There are three kinds of eccentric wheel :blue white zinc finish ,black nickel finish and nickel finish according to its surface treatment.
